Hosanna’s Haven is a supportive transitional housing program designed to provide safe, structured residential housing for adults navigating life transition. Our program offers a stable living environment that supports accountability, dignity, and preparation for independent living.
We serve individuals who do not require emergency shelter or clinical care, but who benefit from structured housing and oversight during a transitional period.
Hosanna’s Haven provides short to long-term supportive housing in a calm, shared residential setting. The program is structured to promote stability, personal responsibility, and forward progress.
Residents are expected to engage in daily routines, respect house guidelines, and actively work toward their next housing or life goal. Our environment is intentionally designed to reduce disruption, restore order, and support sustainable outcomes.
Our Program includes:
-Safe and structured shared housing
-Clear program expectations and house guidelines
-Oversight to support accountability and stability
-A peaceful residential environment focused on restoration
Hosanna’s Haven does not provide medical, mental health, or clinical services. When additional support is needed, residents are encouraged to work with external providers and community resources.
Hosanna’s Haven operates primarily through referrals from hospitals, case managers, veteran service organizations, and community partners. This ensures appropriate placement, clear expectations, and coordinated support.
All placements are subject to an intake review to confirm program alignment and suitability. All placements are subject to an intake review to confirm program alignment and suitability.
Length of stay varies based on individual circumstances, program capacity, and progress toward stability goals. Hosanna’s Haven is designed as a transitional step, not permanent housing.
To ensure clarity, Hosanna’s Haven is:
• Not an emergency shelter
• Not a medical or clinical facility
• Not a treatment or rehabilitation center
• Not a walk-in or drop-in service
This distinction allows us to maintain a stable, respectful environment for all residents.
Hosanna’s Haven is designed to provide housing stability without unnecessary time limitations. Our program supports individuals based on their unique needs, recognizing that stability looks different for every person.
Program outcomes include:
• Long-term housing stability through supportive residential living
• The ability to remain housed for as long as support is needed
• Optional assistance transitioning into permanent housing when appropriate
• Sustained stability for individuals who require ongoing supportive housing
• Reduced housing displacement through consistent, dignified care
Hosanna’s Haven serves as both a pathway to permanent housing and, when needed, a long-term home for individuals who have no other safe housing options.
