Hosanna’s Haven serves adults who need safe, stable housing and structured support due to life transition, housing disruption, or lack of permanent housing options. We provide supportive residential housing for individuals who require stability, dignity, and consistency, whether for a defined period or long term.

Our program is designed to meet individuals where they are, recognizing that housing needs are not one size fits all.

Hosanna’s Haven serves adults who may be experiencing:
•  Housing instability or displacement
•  Transition from hospitalization, treatment, or institutional settings
•  Domestic violence recovery
•  Veteran reintegration challenges
•  Lack of permanent or safe housing alternatives
•  Extended housing insecurity requiring ongoing supportive housing

We welcome individuals who benefit from a structured, respectful living environment and who are willing to participate in shared housing guidelines.

Hosanna’s Haven offers supportive housing with flexible length of stay, based on individual need. Residents may remain housed for as long as stability and support are needed.

For some individuals, Hosanna’s Haven serves as a stepping stone toward permanent housing. For others, it may serve as a long-term home when no other safe or appropriate housing options are available.

This approach allows us to prioritize housing stability without imposing unnecessary time limitations.

Hosanna’s Haven primarily accepts referrals from:
•  Hospitals and discharge planners
•  Case managers and social service agencies
•  Veteran service organizations
•  Community-based partners

All placements are reviewed to ensure program alignment and the ability to maintain a safe, stable living environment for all residents.

To maintain safety and program integrity, Hosanna’s Haven does not serve:

•  Individuals requiring emergency shelter
•  Individuals needing medical, psychiatric, or clinical care
•  Individuals seeking walk-in or drop-in housing services

This clarity allows us to provide consistent, dignified support to those best suited for our program model.
